Our goal is to provide entertaining & informative Cat-Strat Convos experiences - but we don’t want it to
stop there. The Convos pose questions & topics in ways that make people want more.
More conversation. More exploration... To take Action.
In service to that need; Cat-Strat Communities are formed to help take the next step.
They’re centered around certain topic areas, challenges or opportunities. In some cases they’re
“Roundtables” i.e., Support groups and idea-sharing networks glued together through common interest.
In other cases, they’re Task-Force teams; Groups forming to take action in some way.
A Cat-Strat Community could literally be focused on, “our community” a specific challenge, a certain
business opportunity or something in between. The possibilities are endless. But one thing’s for sure;
our hope is that they’re constructive, additive and provide meaningful value.
The Communities tend to have “lives of their own”… and may or may not involve Cat-Strat in the long run.
It’s anticipated that off-shoot groups will self-organize, develop missions… and carry-out implementation
activities as they deem appropriate.
